BSkyB mulls over an offer for Tiscali

BSkyB chief executive Jeremy Darroch said he would look at making an offer for Tiscali, the UK pay-TV and broadband operator, as he unveiled a third-quarter increase in net subscribers of 60,000.
Tiscali, which has operations in the UK and Italy, has been put up for sale and is understood to have requested non-binding bids be submitted by next week.
