Deutsche Telekom expands own inquiry into privacy breach

Europe’s largest telecommunications company, Deutsche Telekom, has upgraded its internal inquiry into a snooping scandal, appointing a former senior judge with his own staff to question personnel and recommend new privacy guidelines.
