Australia’s biggest telecommunications company, Telstra, plans to reduce carbon emissions for every dollar earned by at least a tenth over the next six years.

The company is targeting a reduction in its carbon emissions intensity, the amount of carbon emitted for every dollar earned, of at least 10 per cent, and up to 15 per cent, by 2015, Telstra said.
