Telstra has unveiled the details of a new white label 3G mobile service that it will sell to telco customers in a bid to boost its flagging wholesale revenues.

The telco giant has confirmed that it is ready to switch on the new service and that it has already begun negotiations with a number of small-scale telcos interested in reselling Telstra’s 3G mobile services.
